For property owners who already have a great cleaner. We handle guest messaging, pricing, listing optimization, and calendar management so your property earns more without you living in your inbox.
Tier 2 — Full Co-Host
20% of gross booking revenue
Everything in Tier 1, plus our in-house team handles cleaning coordination, restocking, and maintenance. Truly hands-off property ownership.
